Map Center Point
Submitted by afritzinger on Fri, 2008-04-25 12:46.
It seems that after each propogation survey I create, after the map has calculated, the map center point is in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Africa. And each time I go back into the matrix settings, and then click on the composite map I'm back in the ocean again.
How can you set a default center point, like Southern California?
thanks

We are planning a major rewrite of the defaults, and user access to them, in mid-May. This problem will be addressed at that time.
That said, you should be able to find and edit the default line for map setting coordinates in
RadioCompass.MainSettings.xml
Look for the line (near the top) which looks like this:
Application Name="RadioCompass" SettingsType="Main" DataPath="C:\Program Files\RadioSoft\Config" ULSService="tcp://66.128.136.203:443/" LatLon="42 -72" /
In this case my defaults are 42 North and 72 West (note the minus sign, standard for West Longitudes).
