Update Not Updating

When running the latest update, if you run into a problem where the program is not updating, check the following:

Open ComStudy
Go to File|Configuration
Check the Default Directory to be sure there is a trailing slash:

    Correct: C:\CS20\
    Incorrect: C:\CS20

General ComStudy configuration

ComStudy's configuration always requires a trailing backslash (\) after any folder, and particularly if it is only a folder! If the reference is to a file within a folder (path and filename), no trailing backslash is allowed, but be careful about spaces, as ComStudy was written before spaces in filenames and folder names were common. If there's any doubt, try replacing a space with an underscore (_).
