Can you tell me how to use Comstudy to do a TSB-88 co-channel interference study?

Unless you change what ComStudy does, it supports TSB-88 by default. So all interference studies are based on TSB-88.B. ComStudy will not be upgraded to TSB-88.C.
Having said, that, there are many ways to use TSB-88. For example, the PSCC recently agreed to use Delivered Audio Quality (DAQ) of 3.0 rather then the usual 3.4 default for Public Safety. Then there questions of what area is protected, and what (or where) interference constitutes failure.
