Problem using area / pop count app

I seem to be having an issue with area count. When I open the application, the window is blank where you normally input the RSL level. Could you give me a call tomorrow and possibly a remote link to see what is happening?

Are matrices calculated?

Hi Jim,

This screen will look like the below window if no matrices are calculated:

If you are wanting to calculate contours you must drag them into the window from the Analyzed Radios list.

If you still have a problem, let me know and I'll be happy to start a remote session to see what's happening.
