Hi Joe,

What type of study are you trying to print? Advanced Prop, Simple Prop, Adv. Int., Simple Int., Mobile, Path Profile?

What is your default printer set to in Windows?

Could you try setting the default printer to a PDF printer (if you don't have one, a free one can be downloaded here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/) and report back?
