Import Comstudy files

It would be a nice time-saving feature to have the ability to import ComStudy projects directly into RadioCompass. Even being able to import the site files would be a time saver.

Import ComStudy Transmitter data

This is on the list. We have recently added lots of I/O to RadioCompass, Excel and Google Earth, to name two. But ComStudy's .RS2 files and the FCC's Electronic Batch Format for Form 601 data remain to be done.
