Adds updates to the Map Layers (vector) that completely removes the their responsibility for saving layer and drawing property settings previously saved and read from the .vec files. (now only contain shapefile path information). This update should also help solve the issue where .vec files could be corrupted (reason is unknown) where they contained nothing but nulls. This release is related to SVN revision 2603.

Fixes issues with the Antenna Pattern Editor not parsing incorrectly constructed Sinclair pt2 antenna patterns. For some reason their published files omit the colon following “GAIN” and “RADIALS”. Sinclair patterns a now interpreted correctly despite this fault.

Adds code cleanup updates to the new Universal Progress Control implementation.

This release removes the arbitrary 5000 point limit when calculating Talk Back matrices. A different (less restrictive) method of managing calculation limits and user notification is in the works and will be in future releases.
