This release adds multiple updates and bug fixes that replaces the ” .vec” file for saving and restoring Layer Property settings, also improves the redrawing of the map after layer property changes. Adds support for a new user requested feature that is currently being completed that will permit the user to save the Layer settings, Label and Drawing properties with the study when saving the .rs3 file. (Serialize the layer settings)

I'm unsure if the above version is correct. This came from the file information but may not reflect the actual version - i.e. we may have this same version number for all versions of RForms.

Fixes an issue with the Antenna Pattern Editor where the target .pt2 file is not properly parsed when the case of the key MODEL was Model. The Model field is now populated properly no matter the case in the Antenna Pattern Editor.
