Interpreting P25 readings

I would appreciate some help on understanding P25 terms.
I had the cursor in the red zone near council crest, which I am assuming is causing interference.
I could use a little better explanation of reading under interferors in the Map Inspector window.

What I am trying to accomplish is better understanding of using 12.5 kHz adjacent channel in the 700 MHz band.

I am the Region 35 chair and we are in the process of trying to compare the pro's and con's of 12.5 kHz pack vs: a 25 kHz pack.

We are proposing a 25 kHz pack, but the stipulation is that if a user is assigned a 25 kHz channel,
both 12.5 kHz halves have to be used.

I was hoping that Radio Compass would help, it looks like it will.

I have adjacent channels at Council Crest and Polivka. The vendor is posing to build a multicast system that use both 12.5 kHz pairs in each assigned 25 kHz channel.

Best practices as a frequency coordinator tells me other wise.

The Radio Compass plot certainly tells me that it will not work, and this assuming that all radios are on frequency and all transmitters are perfectly aligned and receivers have superior IF filters.
