Counting Population with several overlapping contours

I am attempting to compute NCE second service population for a station that has overlapping contours with several other NCE stations. Is there a tool or feature of Comstudy that simplifies the process? Does Radiosoft offer a population counter tool specifically for calculating first and second service populations?
