Applications Appear to be Duplicated

If it ever appears that you have duplicate applications in RadioForms, you may need to check your column layout. If you turn on the Frequency column, the program will automatically be forced to split the application into separate lines for each frequency.

To fix this, right-click on a column header, choose Frequency on the right, then click the trash can icon. Press OK, then rerun your query to refresh the window.
